Which makeup and skincare products are required to have a PIF in Taiwan?

PIF requirements are being phased in gradually:

From July 1, 2024: Specific-purpose cosmetics (e.g., sunscreen, hair dye, deodorants, baby care products)
From July 1, 2025: Products for babies, eyes, lips, and oral use
From July 1, 2026: All cosmetic products sold in Taiwan

By July 2026, all cosmetics must have a completed PIF before being sold on the market.
